Overnight - Full-Time Floating Behavioral Health Worker II

Behavioral Health Workers support the implementation of individualized care plans for clients facing mental health and/or substance use challenges across multiple programs (Crisis Stabilization, Crisis Response, True North, Wings, and Recovery Support Services). The role involves providing emotional support, assisting with resource navigation and problem-solving, conducting group activities, potentially participating in one-to-one sessions, helping with meal service and client wellness checks, monitoring medications, facilitating discharge planning, and acting as a crisis intervention resource when needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to work overnight in a full-time float pool, with opportunities for shift differentials and a monthly performance bonus; duties emphasize collaboration with clinical staff, adherence to program rules, and engagement in a comprehensive continuum of behavioral health services across various treatment settings.
