Job Summary
Assist supervisory staff in ensuring client compliance with program rules and directives while monitoring medication use and observing behavioral changes. Conduct house and community meetings, facilitate group activities, and serve as a crisis intervention specialist implementing de-escalation, seclusion, and restraint techniques per guidelines. Provide meal service support, wellness checks, and assist with special outings or tours as designated by care plans. Function as a crisis response specialist for emergency walk-ins and after-hours situations, conducting evaluations and coordinating discharge planning across Crisis Stabilization, True North, Wings, and Recovery Support Services programs. This full-time overnight float pool role in Greeley, CO offers a 5.5% Crisis Program add-on and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
