Job Summary
ROOST Cleveland is seeking a flexible, attentive Front Desk Concierge to warmly welcome guests, manage check‐ins/check‐outs and reservation inquiries, respond to guest requests, monitor access, conduct property walkthroughs, handle communications, maintain records, support light administrative tasks, and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure a secure, organized, and guest‐ready environment. The role emphasizes guest service, professionalism, and reliability, with responsibilities spanning guest interactions, reservations, operations, and coordination across hotel and residential services. Availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of front desk, concierge, or guest‐service experience (hotel or luxury residential preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, guest‐focused demeanor
- Ability to remain composed, professional, and attentive during quiet or high‐pressure moments
- Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and front‐office software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule with availability for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
