Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assisting with check-ins and answering phone inquiries. Resolve member concerns, escalate issues to managers, and handle membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, and cancellations. Execute retail transactions, conduct prospective member calls and tours, and promote the Judgement Free Zone® while connecting with members on the club floor. Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing of exercise equipment, Black Card amenities, restrooms, and communal spaces, followed by safety walks to address maintenance and policy issues. Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate strong communication skills, and apply training learned during online and hands-on sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Will encounter toxic chemicals during shift
- Continual standing and moving throughout the club to accomplish tasks during shift
- Continual communicating in person or on the phone to exchange information during shift
- Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities
- Moving self in different positions, including bending and twisting, to accomplish tasks
- E-Verify is used in the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
