Job Summary
Greet members, guests, and prospective clients upon entry and exit, handling check-ins, phone inquiries, and sales transactions. Resolve member concerns, manage membership functions like sign-ups and cancellations, and conduct floor patrols to promote the Judgement Free Zone. Execute retail transactions, perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of equipment and facilities, and promptly address maintenance issues. Escalate unresolved concerns to management as needed. Requires 6-12 months of customer service experience, age 18+, and CPR/AED certification. Shift involves continual standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and exposure to toxic chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
