Overnight Front Desk Associate

Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assist with check-ins, and answer phones while promoting the Judgement Free Zone®. Resolve member concerns, process membership transactions including sign-ups and cancellations, and execute retail sales. Conduct comprehensive club walks to address safety issues, clean and sanitize equipment and facilities, and report maintenance concerns. Perform prospective member calls and tours to assess needs. Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate strong communication skills, and apply training to deliver exceptional service throughout the shift.
