Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assist with check-ins, and answer phones while promoting the Judgement Free Zone®. Resolve member concerns, process membership transactions including sign-ups and cancellations, and conduct prospective member tours. Execute retail sales, maintain equipment and facility cleanliness through sanitizing and restocking, and promptly address maintenance issues. Perform comprehensive club walks to identify and fix safety or policy concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Exhibit a positive and upbeat attitude
- Have a passion for delivering a consistent and exceptional experience to our members, guests, and fellow PF team members
