Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assist with check-ins, and answer phones while promoting the Judgement Free Zone®. Resolve member concerns, escalate issues to managers, and handle membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, and cancellations. Execute retail transactions to drive sales goals and conduct prospective member calls and tours. Maintain club standards by performing regular cleaning, sanitizing equipment and facilities, and conducting comprehensive safety walks to address maintenance issues.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Exhibit a positive and upbeat attitude
- Have a passion for delivering a consistent and exceptional experience to our members, guests, and fellow PF team members
