Job Summary
Welcome and exit members with hellos and goodbyes while answering phones promptly and knowledgeably. Anticipate member needs, resolve customer concerns using strong problem-solving skills, and provide accurate information on business procedures. Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift, accept payments, give change, and drive revenue by promoting products and special offers. Work weekday overnight hours based on club needs, communicating availability with the Hiring Manager. Requires six months of retail customer service experience or one year in fitness.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment
- Ability to talk and hear

- 1-year Fitness experience
- Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry
- Desire to learn, seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilities
- Friendly and Professional able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed
- Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic
