Job Summary
Greet members and guests upon entry and exit, assist with check-ins, and answer phones while promoting the Judgement Free Zone®. Resolve member concerns, process membership transactions, and conduct prospective member tours and sales calls. Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing of equipment and facilities, and address maintenance issues promptly. Execute retail transactions to drive sales goals while maintaining club safety and policy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Exhibit a positive and upbeat attitude
- Have a passion for delivering a consistent and exceptional experience to our members, guests, and fellow PF team members
- Pride yourself on your work while being punctual, reliable, and dependable
