Job Summary
Welcome and exit members with hellos and goodbyes, answer telephone calls promptly, and resolve customer concerns using strong communication skills. Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift while processing payments, giving change, and delivering receipts. Drive revenue by communicating product benefits and special promotions to customers. Answer questions regarding business procedures and policies in a customer-friendly manner. This role requires handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment and working a flexible rotating weekday overnight schedule. Candidates must be 18 or older with six months of face-to-face customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old or older
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1-year Fitness experience
- Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry
- Desire to learn, seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilities
- Friendly and Professional able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed
- Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!
