Job Summary
Greet members and guests as they enter or exit the club, assisting with check-ins and answering phone inquiries. Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed, while promoting the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the floor. Handle membership functions including sign-ups, billing updates, cancellations, and unpaid balance collections, and execute retail transactions to drive sales goals. Perform prospective member calls and tours to assess needs. Maintain club standards by regularly cleaning and sanitizing exercise equipment, Black Card spa amenities, restrooms, and communal spaces. Conduct comprehensive walks of all club areas to address safety, policy, and cleanliness issues, and promptly report maintenance concerns such as broken equipment or leaking fixtures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified

- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Exhibit a positive and upbeat attitude
