Overnight Front Desk Associate

Overnight Front Desk Associate at Planet Fitness. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting members, delivering courteous service, answering phones, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues, maintaining cleanliness of the club for up to half the shift, processing payments and giving change/receipts, promoting products and specials to drive revenue, and providing accurate information on policies. Requires excellent verbal and written communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong work ethic, initiative, and a flexible, rotating overnight schedule. Minimum qualifications include 18+ years old and High School Diploma or Equivalent; six months of face-to-face customer service in retail (or one year in fitness) preferred.
