Job Summary
Overnight Front Desk Agent at LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE is responsible for balancing daily accounts, completing overnight guest registrations, processing check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest requests with professional service, maintaining records, and ensuring hotel standards. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, discretion with confidential information, strong communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Support front desk operations and overnight hotel procedures, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service and smooth night-audit-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Opera property management system preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Flexible and results-oriented with ability to work overtime
- Previous guest room management experience preferred
