Job Summary
Hotel 32 32 is seeking a full-time Overnight Front Desk Agent who is certified as a Fire and Life Safety Director (F89 certificate of fitness). This position involves covering the front desk, checking in guests, responding to inquiries, and managing guest information using cloud-based hotel management software. Candidates should possess FDNY building Fire Safety Director certification, have customer service experience, and be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as building Fire Safety Director by FDNY
- Must be certified as a Fire and Life Safety Director (F89 certificate of fitness)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in front desk position or comparable customer service role
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in a secondary language (Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus
