Job Summary
Overnight Forklift Driver at BJ’s Wholesale Club responsible for operating a forklift safely and efficiently, loading/unloading merchandise, inspecting motors and delivery trucks, receiving and stacking merchandise into pallets, transporting pallets throughout the club, stocking and rotating inventory, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting opening/closing duties. Key duties include forklift pre-use inspections, pallet wrapping/strapping, utilizing pallet jacks, safe handling of damaged items, and providing courteous member service while locating merchandise. Requires certification and completion of required training; prior forklift experience preferred; 18+ with safety-conscious approach; LO/REMOTE work is not applicable to this role as described.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Prior forklift operating experience preferred, but not required
- At least 18 years of age
