Job Summary
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, inspecting vehicles prior to use and following established safety standards. Load and unload merchandise to and from delivery trucks, accurately receiving all incoming materials. Lift, reserve, and drop pallets from overhead steel to the sales floor, wrapping, strapping, stacking, and labeling them as needed. Transport merchandise and pallets throughout the club, utilizing a pallet jack when necessary. Stock, rotate, and store general and food merchandise to ensure full availability. Handle damaged and spoiled items per company policy while maintaining a neat, clean, and organized environment. Perform general maintenance duties, including removing trash and cardboard, and participate in daily club openings and closings. Greet members and provide prompt, courteous assistance in locating merchandise. Work full-time shifts with a good faith estimate compensation range of $16.75 - $20.53.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
