Job Summary
Monitor production activities to ensure chefs and employees comply with food safety regulations, while assisting with cooking logs, safety storage, and critical checks including refrigeration and equipment calibrations. Conduct daily facility compliance walks, document findings, and assign corrective actions to keep the operation inspection-ready for regulators and auditors. Collaborate with the Food Safety team to deliver training on sanitation practices and work with Kitchen Operations, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve quality issues. Provide detailed reports on compliance status and recommendations for continuous improvement. This role requires standing for extended periods in hot or cold environments, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.

- Experience working with a team in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to speak in a professional manner to a wide range of partners and stakeholders
- Ability to build relationships and explain food safety concepts in plain language
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties without direct supervision
- Proficiency G Suite/Google Workspace
- Team player with a positive, collaborative mindset
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to complete tasks in cold (coolers) or hot (kitchens) environments
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a physically demanding environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Bilingual English/Spanish
