Overnight Floor Technician

Job Summary
Overnight floor care specialists wax tile floors throughout the resort using appropriate machinery. Maintain interior cleanliness by dusting and polishing furniture, counters, mirrors, and fixtures, washing floors/windows/counters/walls/woodwork, sweeping/ scrubbing/ mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, replenishing restrooms with supplies, removing trash, and transporting waste to disposal/recycling. Observe safety to protect hotel and guest property, report damage/theft/items, and respond promptly to guest inquiries to maintain positive guest, owner, and associate relationships. Requires ability to read routine instructions, strong customer service, professional appearance, and ability to work independently or with others. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence and memos in English
