Job Summary
Replenish products on the shelf, rotate inventory, and ensure code dating procedures are followed while maintaining food safety standards. Ring up guest orders by scanning items or punching prices, finalize sales, and collect payment. Set up displays on the sales floor, assist with light stocking duties, and inform management of out-of-stock items. Unload deliveries to maintain back room efficiency and place misplaced items in proper locations. Bag grocery orders and greet guests in a friendly manner. Follow procedures to meet out-of-stock percentage goals and actively promote an environment of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 0 to 6 months experience
- At least 15 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service
- Ability to greet guests in a friendly manner
- Ability to follow proper procedures to ensure store meets out-of-stock percentage goals
- Ability to follow food safety and safety guidelines
- Ability to actively participate in, and promote, an environment which embraces diversity, inclusion and respect for Team Members, customers, vendors and the community
