Overnight Field Supervisor

Overnight Field Supervisor responsible for frontline field operations, ensuring security personnel adherence to post orders and training standards, conducting routine site inspections, credential verification, and staffing coverage while maintaining high client service levels. Duties include monitoring officer performance, coordinating with area managers, coaching staff, handling emergencies, and traveling between client sites. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication, the ability to manage rapid operational changes, and a valid driver’s license to operate company security vehicles. Travel between sites is expected; extended shifts and overnight assignments may occur.
