Overnight Field Supervisor

Overnight Field Supervisor responsible for operational oversight and post compliance across assigned client sites, conducting routine site visits, enforcing post orders and training standards, verifying officer credentials, and providing first-level escalation for officer concerns. Role requires managing staffing coverage, heavy travel between sites, maintaining professional appearance, and ensuring adherence to client expectations, safety procedures, and company SOPs. Must hold a valid driver’s license and applicable state licenses/certifications, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and be capable of working extended overnight shifts and varying schedules.
