Job Summary
Perform maintenance on assigned properties to keep them free from safety hazards and ensure aesthetic condition by responding to maintenance calls, verifying lighting systems, checking fire extinguishers, and managing snow/ice removal. Conduct routine inspections of entrances, grounds, parking lots, and landscapes while maintaining shop cleanliness. Drive to multiple sites to address tenant suite cleanliness and identify potential hazards. Requires overnight availability between 10pm and 6am, a valid driver's license, and general building maintenance knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Overnight availability- hours can range between 10pm-6am
- General knowledge in building and grounds maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, contractors and management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- U.S. Work Authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Degree from a two or four-year college or university
- Yardi or equivalent software experience
