Job Summary
Overnight ER Veterinarian needed for a Bakersfield, CA ER and urgent-care facility. The role involves 3x12-hour overnight shifts per week with a per-shift compensation guarantee and a monthly profit-share bonus. Senior ER doctors will mentor new grads; internship-trained or 3–5 years ER/UC experience is ideal. The team includes 2–3 technicians per shift, with leadership support from the Ops Director-in-training and a hands-off PM handling admin tasks. AAHA inspection prep noted as a focus; strong medicine and collaboration are emphasized in a high-standard, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent
- ER/UC experience preferred (3-5 years)
