Job Summary
Overnight maintenance and repair of the hotel's mechanical, electrical, and physical property systems, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds. Troubleshoot routine malfunctions, implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure timely response to service requests from guests and employees. Conduct inspections, investigate complaints, and maintain cleanliness of interiors, exteriors, pools, and fitness centers while removing snow and salting as needed. Recognize and act upon safety hazards and security problems, adhering to emergency procedures. Requires ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- knowledgeable in areas such as HVAC, electrical, carpentry, dry walling, painting, plumbing, roofing, and landscaping
- able to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in hotel systems and equipment
- able to recognize potential safety hazards and security problems in the hotel and act upon each accordingly
- able to lift up to 75 pounds
