Job Summary
Overnight Engineer responsible for preventative maintenance and completing work orders to maintain the Residence and uphold luxury standards. Responsibilities include checking electrical systems, HVAC controls, lighting, and minor repairs of equipment (kitchen, laundry, HVAC, plumbing, fixtures); refurbishing furniture, maintaining exterior areas, and ensuring curb appeal. Will respond courteously to residents and assist with general maintenance tasks while handling exposure to extreme temperatures and operation of heavy machinery. Must be HVAC certified, able to communicate in English, and collaborative with colleagues; physical duties include climbing, standing, walking, and lifting 25–50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be HVAC certified
- Must have the ability to communicate in English
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Can communicate well with residents
- Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a collaborator
- Climbing, reading, standing, walking, and routinely lifting 25 lbs to 50 lbs
- Must be able to receive instructions and communicate progress of work assignments
