Job Summary
Overnight Full-Time Emergency Veterinary Technician in Knoxville, TN. Key responsibilities include Emergency & Triage Care, rapid patient assessments, stabilization, CPR, oxygen therapy, anesthesia induction and monitoring, IV catheter placement, blood draws, radiographs, wound care, splinting, and emergency surgical prep. Provide high-quality nursing care, monitor patients, assist with client updates and discharge education, and collaborate with ER doctors, ICU, and specialty teams. Shift options include 7pm–7am with 4x12 or 4x10-hour schedules. Compensation ranges from $17.50–$24.00 per hour based on experience, with $25+/hr negotiable for actively Licensed Veterinary Technicians with relevant ER/Specialty experience. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Emergency, ICU, or high-volume General Practice
- Strong technical and nursing skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
