Job Summary
Overnight Direct Care Staff provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities during overnight shifts (7on-7off, 10pm-8am) at Sevita. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting participants in daily living and community activities, monitoring health and safety, and helping participants achieve personal goals in a compassionate, patient manner. Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Competitive pay at $18.87 per hour with full benefits for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid Driver's License for at least 1 year post permit and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meet's Sevita insurability policy
- Education: No High School Diploma or equivalent required for direct care role
- Direct Care experience or care coordination preferred
