Job Summary
Overnight Customer Service Representative role provides exemplary customer service, handles complaints quickly and tactfully, uses suggestive selling to drive sales, processes sales on a POS/cash register with proper cash handling, performs equipment operation, keeps the store clean, manages inventory and shift closeouts, and follows company policies and training requirements. Requires ability to stand/walk for shifts, lift up to 60 lbs, and work in an indoor retail environment; preferred education is high school diploma or GED with experience in retail/customer service and strong English communication. Reports to Store Manager; non-exempt, hourly position with full-time and part-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED (preferred)
- Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred)
- Work as scheduled and arrive on time
- Communicate in English
- Perform basic arithmetic operations
- Work both independently and part of a team as necessary
