Job Summary

Overnight CSR will be the face of PLS, delivering superior customer service, educating customers on products and services, and ensuring transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining a balanced cash drawer, processing transactions via the POS system, resolving customer complaints by referring to the Store Manager when needed, keeping the store neat and clean, and performing other duties as instructed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant, strong verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a professional appearance. English fluency is required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
