Job Summary
Overnight Customer Service Representative responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, educating customers on products and services, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include managing a balanced cash drawer, using the POS system, resolving customer complaints (or escalating to Store Manager), and keeping the store neat and customer-ready. Must be able to stand for extended periods, handle up to 15 lbs, and work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus. The role emphasizes integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a busy retail financial-services environment at the Indianapolis location.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant is preferred
