Job Summary
Overnight Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting members, front desk duties, sign-ups for new members, giving tours, handling member inquiries, routing issues to Club Manager/Assistant Manager, maintaining club neatness, and supporting overall member experience. Requires strong customer service, basic computer proficiency, the ability to stand/walk most of the shift, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Night shifts and a Full-Time/Part-Time engagement are suggested. The role emphasizes customer interaction, problem solving, listening, diplomacy, and teamwork to ensure a positive member experience.
