Job Summary
Greet members and potential members upon arrival, checking them in for workouts, directing walk-ins, and answering phone calls within three rings. Handle incoming inquiries, book appointments, and assist members on the floor with questions about FitFix and Cardio machines. Sell memberships, services, and amenities while resolving member issues or concerns with courtesy. Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions, complete club runs and cleaning tasks, and attend all required learning and monthly meetings. Maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe environment to support members in achieving their fitness goals.
Required Qualifications
- CPR-A & AED Certification
- Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Proficiency in the use of computers
- Previous customer service and sales experience
