Overnight Custodian

Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors while stocking paper products. Immediately report broken amenities or equipment to the Club Manager or Team Lead and process lost member property according to policy. Maintain a positive member experience through customer service, active listening, and problem-solving during interactions with staff and the public. Perform duties requiring standing, walking, and lifting over 100 lbs as needed, with occasional exposure to toxic chemicals. This role supports Planet Fitness's Baseline Fitness locations and offers free membership for the employee and one family member or friend.
