Job Summary
Overnight Custodian responsible for the overall cleanliness of all facility areas to ensure a positive member experience. Duties include thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment and gym floor; stocking locker rooms with supplies; reporting broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager; following the Lost and Found Policy and returning lost member property; and maintaining safety and standards in line with policy. Requires custodial experience (preferred), punctuality and reliability, ability to work third shift, honesty and strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and diplomatic conduct. Must have a High School diploma/GED and be at least 18 years old. Physical demands include standing, walking, reaching, occasional climbing and lifting up to 80 pounds, with exposure to occasional toxic chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Custodial experience is preferred
- Punctuality and reliability is a must
- Ability to work third shift is a must
- Honesty and exceptional work ethic
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language
