Job Summary
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience. Essential duties include thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor; stocking locker rooms with appropriate paper products; reporting broken amenities or equipment to the Club Manager/Team Lead; turning in lost member property per policy. Demonstrates strong customer service, listening, problem solving, and diplomacy skills; maintains safety and professionalism while interacting with members and staff. Physical demands include standing/walking most of the shift and lifting over 100 lbs. Flexible schedule with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, education assistance, and free membership for self and a family member. Job titled Cleaner; reports to Club Manager; status at the facility includes Full Time and Part Time non-supervisor/non-exempt roles.
