Job Summary
Overnight Crew Member responsible for delivering a WOW guest experience by providing quality food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant environment for Jack in the Box guests. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, accurate orders; handling guest complaints with courtesy and resolution; maintaining cleanliness and uniform standards; training and assisting team members; and adhering to franchised store procedures. Must be available for overnight shifts (10PM-6AM) in a fast-paced setting, with focus on attendance, punctuality, reliability, and flexible scheduling. Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to take guests’ orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
- Ability and desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK OVERNIGHT SHIFT. 10PM-6AM DAILY.
