Job Summary
Overnight Concierge at Excel Building Management responsible for delivering 5-star front-desk service to residents of high-end Sydney apartment complexes. Duties include welcoming residents and guests, assisting with by-laws and car-park issues, monitoring visitors and service providers, managing emails and intercom inquiries, securing keys and security devices, conducting internal/external patrolling, preparing incident reports, ensuring tidy entry and lifts, and supporting the Building Manager and Head Concierge. Requires overnight availability, strong customer-service skills, professional communication, computer literacy (Word/Excel/BuildingLink), and eligibility to work in Australia. Training provided; uniform supplied; immediate start. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11pm–7am.
Required Qualifications
- Front of house or customer service experience
- Proven quality written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail)
- Availability to work overnight
- Police Check
- Able to work in Australia
