Job Summary
Provides daily living support in a Community Integrated Living Arrangement under the supervision of the CILA Team Leader and Supported Living Program Manager. Responsibilities include training residents in activities of daily living, community integration, and economic self-sufficiency skills; direct personal care as needed; monitoring and documenting medication regimens; coordinating transportation and facilitating community participation; maintaining documentation; overseeing basic household needs and daily housekeeping; adhering to safety procedures; and maintaining effective communication with residents and families.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
- TABE with eighty percent or higher
- Experience in residential setting with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
