Job Summary
Overnight maintenance technician performs general facility maintenance and repairs, drives company trucks to job sites, troubleshoots basic on-site issues, and maintains organization of trucks/tools in an overnight schedule starting at 5pm. The role requires at least 5+ years of experience across multiple trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, concrete, welding), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to obtain a company-sponsored DOT medical card. Offers include weekly pay and benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)). Work locations include Staten Island, NY and Cinnaminson, NJ, all in-person with overnight hours. Opportunities emphasize independence, mechanical aptitude, and operating larger vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in 3+ skilled trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, concrete, welding, etc)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
