Overnight Closer

Overnight Closer at Planet Fitness responsible for creating a positive member experience through superior customer service. Duties include greeting members and guests, handling front desk tasks (phones, check-ins, new member sign-ups, tours), updating member accounts, addressing questions or concerns, and escalating to a supervisor as needed. The role also requires spending more than 80% of time on cleaning the club and equipment, including sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms. The position requires a High School diploma or GED, being 18+, and staying upbeat and reliable with strong communication and empathy.
