Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, managing new sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates, respond to member concerns, and close the shift by creating the next day's bank deposit. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during overnight hours. Requires customer service background, basic computer skills, and ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights)
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
