Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, and conducting new member sign-ups and tours. Facilitate account updates, respond to member concerns, and elevate issues to management as needed. Close the shift for the business day and create a bank deposit for the next day. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during overnight hours. Requires ability to work the third shift, stand and walk continually, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights)
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
