Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones, checking members in, and conducting tours. Handle front desk activities including account updates and elevating member concerns to management. Close the shift and create the bank deposit for the next day. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during overnight hours. Requires basic computer proficiency, a passion for fitness, and the ability to work 3rd shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights)
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
