Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, and conducting new member sign-ups and tours. Facilitate account updates, respond to member inquiries, and close the shift by creating the next day's bank deposit. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during overnight hours. Requires basic computer proficiency, a passion for fitness, and the ability to stand and walk continuously.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights)
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
