Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, and conducting new member tours. Facilitate account updates, respond to inquiries, and elevate complex issues to management as needed. Close the shift for the business day and create the bank deposit for the next day. Maintain club cleanliness and work independently during overnight hours. This role supports Planet Fitness's member experience during 3rd shift operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights)
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
