Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while handling front desk activities such as answering phones, checking members in, managing new sign-ups, and taking tours. Facilitate account updates, respond to member concerns by escalating to management as needed, and maintain club cleanliness. Close the shift and create the bank deposit for the next day. This part-time role requires working the overnight third shift with continual standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights)
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization
