Overnight Closer Part Time

The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) will deliver a positive member experience for Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests by providing superior customer service. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, handling front desk activities (answering phones, assisting with questions, checking members in, signing up new members, and giving tours), facilitating updates to member accounts, addressing questions professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed, maintaining club cleanliness, closing the shift for the business day, and creating a bank deposit for the next day. Qualifications emphasize strong customer service, basic computer proficiency, a passion for fitness, upbeat attitude, reliability, active listening, empathy, problem solving, diplomacy, and appropriate communication.
