Job Summary
Overnight Client Safety Navigator role within Women’s HOPE residential program in San Francisco. Responsibilities include maintaining safety and security of the program and residents, house runs to maintain accountability, coordinating fire watch with residents, crisis intervention, documenting client updates and incidents in the facility log, performing CPR and First Aid as needed, DOT-related tasks (distributing client money, securing medications, holding keys and phones), completing housekeeping and paperwork, attending required trainings, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent, CPR and First Aid within 30 days, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, experience with substance use, mental health, and criminal background issues, and a background check/livescan.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certified within 30 days of employment
- First Aid Certified within 30 days of employment
- Experience working with the criminal justice population preferred
- Registration with Drug and Alcohol Certification recognized by DHCS preferred
