Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, clean and set up the bar area, and deep clean the space while identifying tasks needing extra attention each night. Maintain a clean backroom and hand over any health and safety concerns found during the shift. Work overnight hours from 11 pm to 7:30 am, with Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings typically included in the rota due to peak demand. The hourly rate is £12.71 plus service charge. This role supports the Brabazon Bar, the resort's vibrant social hub, as part of a team celebrating recent major renovations and expansions.
